Luckily enough, the past is the past! The IB-AC508a DisplayPort™ to HDMI® adapter connects DisplayPort™ outputs, such as a laptop or desktop PC with HDMI® devices like televisions, monitors, etc.. With the DisplayPort™ 1.2 specifications and HDMI® this adapter may constitute a video bandwidth of up to 3 Gbit/s and a resolution of 4K Ultra HD (3840×2160@30Hz). Simple to use without the installation of any driver, since the IB-AC508a is completely Plug & Play.

Thanks to the DisplayPort™ 1.2 connection as input, a desktop PC or a laptop could be the source for movies (or any VOD service on the internet).
